Kelly Kleifges, CRNP, is a board-certified adult acute care nurse practitioner (CRNP) at MOST Regenerative Medicine and Longevity in Potomac, Maryland, where she currently serves as the Director of Women’s Wellness and Preventative Medicine.

Kelly grew up in Maryland and attended The Bullis School in Potomac. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and furthered her education at Regis University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Kelly completed her education at Georgetown University, where she obtained her Master of Science Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Kelly began her career in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and the emergency room for over six years. With a strong foundation in high-acuity clinical environments, she blends evidence-based care with a holistic, preventative approach to health.

After becoming a mom herself, Kelly noticed the gap in women's health services, especially when it came to preventative medicine in addition to common health concerns, including hormone imbalances, menopause, PCOS, thyroid health, weight management, and other chronic diseases like diabetes and osteoporosis. This sparked Kelly's interest and passion in preventive medicine, longevity and helping patients feel their best inside and out.

Kelly is known for not only her clinical skill, but also for her genuine compassion and patient-first approach. She is deeply passionate about health, fitness, and innovation and believes that optimal wellness starts from within. Her mission is to deliver highly personalized, concierge-level care that empowers clients to look, feel, and live their best. Whether enhancing wellness, or simply helping clients feel their most vibrant, Kelly is committed to providing thoughtful, top-tier care with a personal touch.Outside of work, Kelly stays busy with her husband, dog, and three young children.
